Description:  WBCR 6 sits on the Wiley Street opening to the yard with a hopper car at Bluffton. I noticed a piece of paper was posted on the window that said "Take to Connersville and Newcastle RR" so I hope this unit stays around because this is my favorite WBCR unit.

Description:  That note I saw on WBCR 6 a few years ago that said "Take to Connersville and Newcastle RR" did mean something. WBCR 6 sits in the CNUR yard at Connersville as my family adn I go down to Sevierville TN for a vacation. You can still see the origional Illinois Central number. IC 8365!

Description:  We decided to go down to New Castle to see if we could get extremely lucky and see anything move. Unfortunately we just got the parked engines. CNUR 5 has a blown traction motor and other issues so WBCR 6 is the only active unit on the CNUR in New Castle.

Branden comments to me about how stupid long the NS train is, as it is still going through in the background. He says that that is too long for any train. And he would be correct, as NS 143 would stall on the Hagerstown Hill.

Description:  Mark takes the engine down the main line to be tied down, perfectly framed with the depot. Yet another rare and spectacular couple hours along the CNUR. Now I have all but a couple miles of the CNUR left to document. With that last shot, TJ and I took off for Indianapolis to shoot the INRD and the Louisville and Indiana.
