CNUR 20 and MAW 4
Title:  CNUR 20 and MAW 4
Description:  I noticed that the Spartain unit was here and hiding behind it was MAW 4 still in its former Santa Fe paint. The MAW units must have been moved down here also when PREX bought the MAW line. I love the CNUR railroad because they have a whole bunch of funky units from lots of railroads.

MAW 16, CNUR 20, and an interesting piece of trackworking equipment.
Title:  MAW 16, CNUR 20, and an interesting piece of trackworking equipment.
Description:  We drove up the street and got one last shot of MAW 16, CNUR 20, and this interesting piece of trackworking equipment. This would be our last view from Connersville. We both had a great time and hope to come back soon!

CNUR 20 and MAW 16
Title:  CNUR 20 and MAW 16
Description:  Its sad to see that the line is still being used as storage for oil tankers. CNUR 20 had to have moved at some point for MAW 16 to get on that side of the yard, but CNUR is still in the same exact location it was a year ago.

ASRY 2023
Title:  ASRY 2023
Description:  Well, now I was beginning to worry. There definitely were no more Ashland crews working in the yard or around town. I did happen to hear something about "Willard" over the radio though, so I decided to begin zigzagging the line up. All I found between Mansfield and Willard was a MOW truck working its way north. But, the blink of an EOT greeted me in Willard, and sure enough, there was my train about ready to key up CSX and head into their yard. Apparently the 2nd shift job had brought the train up the night before. No idea why. A corporate painted geep, and the other ex-NS SD40-2 were the power for todays train. After about a 5 minute wait, they got access into CSXs yard and pulled through town.

ASRY 2023
Title:  ASRY 2023
Description:  In order to fully access the CSX yard, the Ashland must pull into the yard, then reverse their whole train to CP East Willard on the CSX main, and pull into the yard. This gave me several chances to photograph the train on CSX tracks. First shot was coming by the "CSX Willard Yard" sign.

NS 2922, NS 2875, and AMTL 526
Title:  NS 2922, NS 2875, and AMTL 526
Description:  On some of the other tracks were 2 NS GP38ACs, one of which had been taken off of its axles and the shell has been placed onto a truck flatbed, and being rebuilt in the back is an ex ATML F59PH which is being rebuilt by Juniata before heading off to its new home on Metra. AMTL is the commuter service around the Montreal Quebec area, and many of these engines were on service on the GO Transit before being sold to ATM. Many of the ex ATML units are being rebuilt here before heading off to their new homes.

CFE 5597, TPW 4056, IORY 4032, MNAR 3898, and newcomer CFE 3042
Title:  CFE 5597, TPW 4056, IORY 4032, MNAR 3898, and newcomer CFE 3042
Description:  A wide variety of power sits at the engine shops at CFE Piqua yard in Ft. Wayne. One of the units is CFE 3042. One of CFEs newest units painted in Genessee and Wyoming paint. This unit used to be CORP 4023. A unit I used to see quite a bit. CORP 4032 was painted in BN paint. Well. I always like too see a new (old) engine! (A CITX unit sits behind IORY 4032 but I did not get the number)
