KCS 4682
Title:  KCS 4682
Description:  More times than not whatever CP power is assigned to these trains coming into Bensenville is what ends up leading on CSX. Not sure why they stuck a CSX motor in front of the KCS motors this time around.

KCS 4707
Title:  KCS 4707
Description:  The sand train was holding out at Junction which thankfully gave me enough time to get back set up at the church in Arcola. While the snow can be fun to get photos in, it does make the roads a lot more tricky to navigate. I love seeing KCS power in super "out of place" territory. With the merger with CP ongoing their power has been showing up a lot more frequently than what it used to around here on unit trains and pool power agreements. Gotta get as many as I can before they decide to begin patching and repainting them!

KCS 4707
Title:  KCS 4707
Description:  We decided to camp out in Osceola for a little bit, knowing we had some eastbound traffic headed our way. NS 60N showed about 20 minutes later with a nice KCSM/CSX duo and 100 sand loads.

KCS 4806
Title:  KCS 4806
Description:  KCS 4806 trails 2nd on NS 6K4. Not the way we had planned on today going, but at least NS upped our train totals for the day! Had a great time. Wishing Craig the best on his NS journey!

CP 8919 and KCS 4841
Title:  CP 8919 and KCS 4841
Description:  Along with the OCS, we had been keeping an eye out on NS B16, which had the Southern Heritage Unit on the front. As we figured was going to happen, B16 showed up the same time as the OCS. Obviously, the OCS is what we came for, so we decided to drop our planned shot of B16 splitting the trilights. We made our way back to CP 435 after the OCS hoping it hadnt gone through yet. It had, so we decided to work east to Elkhart hoping we would see them yarding. They had been long yarded by the time we made it there. But, we decided to take a sashe through the yard to see what we could find. A pair of CP and KCS GEVOs were sitting right at CP 426, which we assumed was either inbound NS 30Q power or outbound NS 17V power.
