The sand train was holding out at Junction which thankfully gave me enough time to get back set up at the church in Arcola. While the snow can be fun to get photos in, it does make the roads a lot more tricky to navigate. I love seeing KCS power in super "out of place" territory. With the merger with CP ongoing their power has been showing up a lot more frequently than what it used to around here on unit trains and pool power agreements. Gotta get as many as I can before they decide to begin patching and repainting them! |

We decided to camp out in Osceola for a little bit, knowing we had some eastbound traffic headed our way. NS 60N showed about 20 minutes later with a nice KCSM/CSX duo and 100 sand loads. |
