I knew I028 was coming north with a SD70MAC on the front for a long time, but it took forever to show up where I was. Apparently a detector had hit it around Woodland and it had to stop for a while. During the 2 hour wait, nothing else showed up where I was sitting at Grant Park. Since I had a decent leader and good light, I decided to call I028 the final train of the day, and grabbed a shot with the new 23 Trailblazer in the frame. The GPS had me home at 10:30 and I decided I wanted to drive home in some daylight. A slow, but very fun day! |
