Chirps from CSX I131 were also coming over the radio, which was a little concerning, as I had a feeling that I would not be able to move toward the last pair of signals that I needed to grab at the interlocking with the Toledo Sub at Sidney. With determination (and speed), I did manage to make it into Sidney to get the train crossing over the Toledo Sub at CP 163. The westbound facing signals are attached to a much newer cantilever, which do sort of break the authenticity, but theyre still trilights, and not vaders, and thats what matters. Todays I131 features a Canadian Guest on the head end, something that is rare for this train, and just rare for the Indy Line in general. |
