After the oil train passed we heard the dispatcher give a Grand Elk train permission to head north. We raced north to Bristol but got there a couple minutes too late. The wild goose chase caused us to miss a couple of NS trains. Oh well. Anyways we went into Elkhart and to make up for missing the GDLK train we went to see Elkhart and Westerns two engines sitting still in their small yard surrounded by the gate that protects them from vandalism. |
