There were more trains approaching on the Transcon but it was beginning to get dark so we thought it was best for us to continue our way. We made one last stop in Rochelle to get food at Wendys then continued north. I fell asleep for most of the ride up there, but Ethan awoke me in Janesville when he began to have extreme road rage (he missed our exit in town and road construction made it so we had to make a giant detour). Despite the set backs, we did make it to our hotel, and we decided to then go out to the WSOR Yard in Janesville to see if any power was lying around. Sure enough there was, so we snapped what we could from the street that goes right by the roundhouse. |
