I almost got all the way back into Lima before my friend TJ called me and told me that the CSX Geometry Train had gone east by his house with the rebuilt GP40-2 on the head end. So even though the light was almost gone, I decided to go back south since I had been foiled catching it other times. Traffic on the Indy Line had picked up slightly, as almost as soon as I got back into town, CSX Q311 tripped the defect detector east of town and eventually passed underneath me on the Kuther Road overpass. |
