WAMX 4173
Title:  WAMX 4173
Description:  After L353 was in, we went to the west side of the yard and found J1 kicking around some cars. The last time I was here, they were using a Geep on this job. Apparently some of the SD40-2s have been given RC duties now.

WAMX 4196 and WAMX 4197
Title:  WAMX 4196 and WAMX 4197
Description:  On our way to Pine Jct. we stumbled across Gibson Yard in Hammond. While driving we noticed two WAMX painted engines by the Potash Corp of Saskatchewan. Both units are on long term lease for the company and even have the logo painted on the side

WAMX 4219
Title:  WAMX 4219
Description:  The silence is broken as WSOR L353 returns from the west with a sole SD40-2 long hood forward. Plenty of intact codeline here as well.

WAMX 6023 and WAMX 4219
Title:  WAMX 6023 and WAMX 4219
Description:  A nice comparison of the new and old paint schemes side by side as L353 passes the repainted triclops. A lot of fans that I knew were not big fans of the new paint scheme when it was finally revealed. I think it is pretty unique.

WAMX 4219
Title:  WAMX 4219
Description:  T4 passes the siding switch signal as the train continues into the yard. By this time it was getting fairly late in the afternoon. With no signs of UP or CP showing up, we decided to follow the CP back to Rockford. We never did end up finding them, so we went and grabbed some lunch at Dairy Queen in Aboite and headed back into Illinois. We were pretty happy with our WSOR catches. Hope to come back here soon!
