Next we moved on to just outside of Media, IL to photograph a westbound coming across the impressive Media Tressle. This bridge has been under construction for nearly 2 years and my dad claims it looked pretty much the same way it does now this time last year. After a short wait, BNSF 5616 led a westbound trailer train across the bridge. |

A long gap went between trains, but finally after having many mechanical issues with the lead units, CN X337, an extra M337 comes south with a pair of BNSF GE leading. Todays extra is an entire train of Canada Wheat hoppers, including many Alberta hopper cars and the pusher set on the rear. |
