A three-way meet was being set up at Hagerstown, and with plenty of time still left before the Whitewaters departure, I decided to stop at CP Bailey, which still sports 90s Safetrans at the interlocking. The only other interlocking along the New Castle District that has these signals is CP Vaughn down in Cincinnati. NS 143 was first to come south through the CP splitting the signals. |
