Description:
After NS 31M passed, NS 914, a loaded welded rajl train, which was sitting parked at Delkalb Agra got a new crew and they asked for permission to come out of the spur and head west to Elkhart. But the engine was completely dead and they couldnt move the train. So the dispatcher was goeng to send an engine from Bryan to go pick it up and bring it west. Never have gotten a shot from this viewpoint!
